We have information and request for you regarding sending flowers and gifts at the event.
# We will not be able to accept any flowers that you sent, as there is no space at the event site.
# We will not be able to accept any gifts which performers cannot bring back.
(ex. things in big size, food, or animals)
# We ask you to prohibit usage of banners or cheering boards at the event site, as it could be in the way of others in the back or sides which could cause inconvenience to others.
We ask you for your understanding and cooperation to follow above guidelines so that everyone will have great time at the event.
All the staff will be looking forward to meeting you.
